Before you order
The title, partner certificate and available extras are easy to combine. Open any question below for the details.
What is included with my title?
You receive a personalised appointment certificate, a matching digital coat of arms and an English-language background booklet for the selected title. A second personalised certificate for your partner is included free of charge.
Can I order certificates for children or friends?
Yes. Further personalised certificates can be added for children, relatives, friends or a whole group. The available fields and extras are shown on the product page before you add the title to your cart.
Can I add accessories?
Yes. Depending on the package, you can add printed presentations and exclusive accessories such as a gold-coloured ID card or personalised gold-coloured coins featuring the chosen name and coat of arms.
How do I receive the documents?
The digital documents are made available as PDFs after the order is completed and remain accessible through your customer account. If you prefer a physical presentation, printed versions and delivery can be selected as an option.
How should I enter the name?
Enter the name exactly as it should appear on the certificate, including spelling, capitalisation and any requested additional certificate names. Please also check your email address carefully before submitting the order.

Use your package correctly
Find the redemption code in your Groupon account first. Then follow the steps for the package you purchased.
Two complete titles
Complete the first title and add it to the cart. Stay on the product page, replace the names with those for the second title and add that title as well. Each title includes its own partner certificate.
Four complete titles
Repeat the same process until four separately personalised titles are in the cart. Each one comes with the corresponding title package and included partner certificate.
AT CHECKOUT
Apply the redemption code
Open your cart, enter the code in the voucher field and select “Apply voucher”.
The applicable Groupon value is then deducted from the cart. Optional accessories or extras that are not part of the voucher remain payable.

Copy the code
Copy it directly from the Groupon PDF to avoid confusing the number 1 with the letter L or the number 0 with the letter O.

Check the cart
Make sure the correct number of separately personalised titles has been added for your Single, Couple or Family package.

Apply and complete
Apply the voucher, check the deduction and complete the order using a valid email address.
